Population wise, Forsyth County wasn’t considered all that big, and only started spreading out very recently. US Census statistics from the year 2000, show that Forsyth County had less than a hundred thousand people within its borders. Five years later, a US Census Estimate, shows an incredible growth rate, with the population expanding to nearly 1.5 times that of what it was earlier. Approximately, just under a hundred and fifty thousand people, by the year 2005.
So really, looking for homes in Forsyth County, although probably not as easy as what it used to be is still a sound investment, especially with the prospect of Forsyth County real estate values going higher with each passing year.
The population density being what it is, you might be thinking hard whether schools in Forsyth County are as good as what you could want. A little searching on your part will reveal that there are a number of schools that you can consider, and all with good reputations.
And with approximately forty percent of the households (cited from the US Census Bureau), having children under the age of eighteen, there is a good chance that your children won’t be lonely for too long, and will be easily able to find new friends within your neighborhood. It is, after all, more difficult for children when moving to a new house.
